BUT THEN, she spoke of freedom and redemption and healing and how she found all of that in Jesus.

listened to her words,
but it was my story.

Same overwhelming shame.
Same brokenness.
Same self-condemnation.

‍In 2013, I was carrying an overwhelming amount of shame and brokenness.

During a ministry retreat I attended, a woman shared her story. Her words could have been my own.

Except, she also spoke about the freedom and redemption she found in Christ. Hope. The chains I had carried for years began to fall away, and I knew God was calling me into full-time ministry.

In February 2026, I took a leap of faith and stepped away from my responsible, steady, dependable 34-year career as a Walmart manager.

I was absolutely doing this. I was letting go of what I knew and following God’s call to start Her Story His Grace ministry.

A group of women, including Alora Hosfield, gathered around a table, inside a room with a mirror, at a Her Story His Grace ministry workshop, with pink papers, notebooks, and water bottles on the table.

Since then, I have served at more than 50 retreats as both a presenter and server, led women’s retreats in six countries, and participated in 16 international mission trips.

God invited me into His adventure, and I am grateful every day.

He has taken my fear and replaced it with excitement to go to places most would never choose to go, from reaching women on Hell Street in Colombia, to ministering in the red-light district of Costa Rica, to wherever He calls me next.

A quote that reads, "Women frequently leave with stronger relationships, deeper encouragement, and a renewed sense of community," accompanied by a blue heart symbol.

Whether I am the only speaker or it is an event where my team is also included, my goal is connection, freedom, and pointing women back to Jesus.

• Encouragement for women in every season of life.

• Passion for freedom, healing and purpose in Jesus.

Every event is unique. I work with churches and organizations to create an experience best fitting the needs of women and the community. Whether you are looking for a single speaker, a full retreat experience, or a multi-session women’s revival event, I would be honored to partner with you.
